• accepting letters, claims and motions, and transferring them to appropriate organizational sections of the Municipal Council - Application Office

• giving information about the structure of the Municipal Council of Lędziny, types and procedures of dealing with the matters

• giving information concerning the functioning of the Municipal Council

• issuing information cards and motions necessary to deal with the matters in the Municipal Council

• photocopying services for the residents
